“Movement is a privilege, not a right, and I plan to honor every step until the very last.”

— Miranda Lyle

My journey in fitness started all the way back in 3rd grade — believe it or not! Movement has always been a passion of mine, and from a young age, I found joy in helping others build confidence through strength. My first "job" was assisting youth gymnastics, then coaching dance and tumbling throughout high school. In college, I took it further, studying kinesiology while teaching group fitness classes and I earned my degree in Exercise Science.

“I quickly realized how much strength, mobility, and injury prevention play a role in how we move, both in sport and everyday life.

Fast forward to 2010, I moved to Park City, UT, and discovered a whole new world—the outdoors. I found my soul mate in 2014, a tiny Pitbull full of sass - Gracie Mae and we began exploring together on the trails. Mountain biking became a love of mine, and I quickly realized how much strength, mobility, and injury prevention play a role in how we move, both in sport and everyday life. I built a career training 1:1 clients and teaching fitness classes, becoming a well-known coach in town. But for years, I lived the burnout lifestyle—teaching 36+ classes a week, personal training full-time, and working in the service industry. I loved coaching, but I was running myself into the ground with no time for my own health or adventures.

“One thing became crystal clear- muscle mass and strength training are the ultimate fountain of youth and path to longevity.”

Then, the pandemic changed everything. That moment forced me to rethink everything—how I worked, who I helped, and what I wanted my career to look like, so, I embarked on a new path. I took a job as an Exercise Physiologist at Park City Hospital, where I worked with cardiac rehab, metabolic testing, and injury recovery. I also had the privilege of working with older adults, and no group has taught me more about the importance of movement. One thing became crystal clear—muscle mass and strength training are the ultimate fountain of youth and path to longevity! This job reignited my love for rehabilitative strength training, but something was missing. I wanted to work with outdoor based people and help them get stronger, thrive past injuries, and stay on the trails longer—and I wanted to do it on my own.

So, I took a leap of faith. I made the difficult decision to leave a stable, well-loved job in a secure career path, exchanging it all for an uncertain future—one that carried both the risk of failure and the possibility of something greater. I invested in a business course, started to build my coaching brand bigger, and in September 2022, I left the hospital to coach full-time. Despite the constant uphill battle and countless roadblocks, the risk was worth the reward and it’s one of the best decisions I’ve ever made.

Life looks a lot different now, and I can honestly say I fucking LOVE what I do! I get to enjoy both work and life in a way I never could before.

When I’m not coaching, I’m out filling my cup—taking solo road trips with Gracie Mae, biking in my favorite spots, camping in new destinations, and hunting down the best noodle spots. I’m a big foodie, and Gracie? She’s all about checking out new ice cream shops, charming every staff member with her outfits.

I truly believe that the scary steps and the failures are what lead us exactly where we’re meant to be. We create our own happiness by stepping outside our comfort zones and going after what we want—no matter how messy it gets. Keep showing up, trust YOUR process, and you’ll never be led in the wrong direction.

“Now, after 18 years in the fitness industry, I own my business, work with a clientele of like-minded folk, and specialize in three key areas of expertise.”

Mountain biking is brutal on the body, and most riders rely on pedaling alone to build strength—which leads to overuse injuries, burn out, and strength imbalances. My Off Trail MTB Program is designed to help riders develop athletic performance to meet the high demands of the sport. The goal? Use a program that’s designed to align with the season, giving riders the right coaching and resources to build resilience and get strong AF on and off the bike while prioritizing riding.

Your biking season changes based on where you’re located, and your training should adapt with the season you’re in. That’s why Off Trail offers programs designed to keep you strong, conditioned, and ready to ride—no matter the season. Your body is the most important piece of gear you own—so why not maintain and care for it the same way you do your bike? I help my riders ride stronger, longer, and pain-free all season.

For athletes recovering from injuries, the gap between physical therapy and full performance is often overlooked. Insurance runs out, rehab stops, and people are left unsure how to safely rebuild strength without re-injury. My 1:1 return-to-sport coaching bridges that gap, helping injured athletes transition from rehab to peak performance with structured strength programming—so they don’t just return, they come back stronger than before. If you’re someone who has sustained a hip, knee or ankle injury and love to play outside, I wanna talk to you!

I believe movement is a privilege, and your health and fitness are investments in your future adventures. Whether you want to ride stronger, lift with confidence, or return to the sport you love, I’m here to guide you through the process.

Many women struggle with consistency, feel unsure about lifting weights, or don’t know where to start from or progress to.Personally, I spent years trapped in the endless cycle of cardio and HIIT, burning myself out with little to show for it. My mission is to help other women break free from that frustration and find a smarter, more sustainable path to strength and results. I created Strength Foundations, a progressive strength training program for women 30+, to help them get stronger, build confidence, and develop a long-term, sustainable approach to fitness—without spending hours in the gym.

Stay strong to play strong!

Stay strong to play strong!

I often get asked, “What's with the Pitbull in the logo?”

It represents both sides of the Pitbull—powerful and strong, yet also gentle and approachable—much like my coaching style.

The logo is inspired by John Rambo, my late dog, and the truest testament to strength, self-assurance, and joyful play. (Fun fact : his dad helped me create it!) As a big Pitbull, he was often judged for his size and strength, but to me, he represented confidence in how he claimed his space. He was both gentle and bold, exuding power while remaining inviting.

His unwavering spirit and boundless energy weren’t just a reflection of strength, but of the kind of joy and resilience one only acquires from playing outside until the very end, as he did. John Rambo was a constant reminder that age is only a number and strength isn't just about muscle—it's about the energy, love and determination we bring to everything we do, this is what a life full of gratitude is all about. His legacy continues to inspire me, and I carry his memory and spirit in every program I create and in every challenge I face, reminding myself to approach it with care, resilience and a touch of silliness.

Rest in play, my sweet boy. Your energy lives on, guiding me as I help others build their own tenacity, confidence, and joy.
